Hi, I’m Gianni, a local realtor and the heart behind Sincerely Sunny SWFL.

I started Sincerely Sunny SWFL as more of a local guide.
It really began around the same time I had my daughter. I was fresh into motherhood, spending more time at home, and starting to feel a little disconnected.
At the same time, a few of my clients who were new to Florida kept asking the same things, where to go, how to meet people, and what events were actually worth showing up for.
And I realized I was asking myself the same thing.
So I started paying more attention. I put together my own list and slowly, it grew into local businesses, farmers markets, and even community groups.
We started an Instagram, and from there, it turned into new connections, more sharing, and more ways to stay in the loop.
It’s funny how much you miss when you’re stuck in the same routine.
Whether you’re new here or have been here for years, I’d like to share with you the people behind it all so you can feel a little more connected to where you are.
