How I Got Here
I’ve been a realtor for five years. Helping people find a house taught me something unexpected: finding a home and feeling at home aren’t always the same thing.
One of the most common things I heard from new residents wasn’t about square footage or school districts, it was “how do I actually meet people here?”
I didn’t always have the answer. But the question stayed with me.
So I started exploring. The neighborhoods. The markets. The people quietly building connections and community here. The deeper I looked, the more I found, silent book clubs, women’s circles, local business owners who’ve been here in the community for decades.
One of the most common things I heard from new residents wasn’t about square footage or school districts, it was “how do I actually meet people here?”
What Changed
Having my daughter changed everything.
Motherhood has a way of making community feel less optional. So I stopped waiting for the right moment and started anyway.
Sincerely Sunny SWFL was born from that decision.
Why I Do This
Real estate is only part of the story. There’s a difference.
One happens the day you get the keys. The other happens slowly, through familiar faces, favorite places, and finding your people.
A home isn’t just where you live. It’s the coffee shop that knows your order, the market you look forward to every month, the people who recognize you when you walk in.
That’s what Sincerely Sunny is really about.
